circumference = πd = 25.6 inches = 2.134 ft 12 ft / 2.134 ft/rev = 5.6 revolutions .

Answer by Mike M.
Find the Circumference of the wheel first. C=1/2*pi*r^2= 26.07" 12'=144" 144"/26.07" = 5.52 revolutions
